Pastor Steven Jacob of the Church of the Ministry of Christ, located on Fanya Fujo Uone (FFU) Street in Murieti, Arusha City, Tanzania—who is among the religious leaders in Tanzania who was once abducted and thrown into bushes while being severely beaten in 2025—on March 10, 2026, asked members of the Catholic Church worldwide to protect their leader because preaching the Gospel to the world carries a very high cost. He referred to the lives of the apostles of Jesus Christ, such as Bartholomew in India and the Apostle Paul, whose mission ultimately cost them their lives.
Continuing to speak in his church, Pastor Jacob said:
“Human beings killed Jesus Christ, who had done nothing wrong except proclaiming His Gospel to the nations. Many people pray that God will bless them with the opportunity to preach the Gospel nationally and internationally. These are very dangerous forms of the Gospel; it is better for a person to remain with their local-level Gospel.”
Pastor Jacob asked that if any Catholic hears this message, they should kindly carry it and deliver it to their priest, bishop, or even their cardinal so that it may reach the Holy Father himself, because he believes something bad may soon happen to the leader of Catholics worldwide.
Speaking very calmly and step by step, Pastor Jacob said:
“Today, March 10, 2026, I am not preaching or teaching; instead, I will speak only prophecy. We pray for the protection of families, the protection of communities, and the protection of the work we do. I ask to discuss this matter deeply with those who pray in the Catholic Church. Kindly, out of goodwill, take this message. I am speaking in Swahili, and you can deliver it to the concerned person in the appropriate way. You can simply pass it along and share the information. God can show future events so that one of us may avoid danger and protect ourselves. Praise the Lord Jesus.
In this world there are people who run it. All our presidents and religious leaders exist under their umbrella.
On the night leading to March 10, I was shown a meeting of those who run the world. I was not able to see their faces, but I saw that the meeting had taken place. They were discussing the creation of a new world system—a new kind of life on earth—but there are people who seem to be preventing that plan from succeeding. It is as if they are blocking this new system from operating.
In that meeting they issued orders that should be carried out across all nations and kingdoms immediately. The first order that was issued was to deal with the Holy Father Leo XIV. I am not a Catholic and I do not worship there; I do not know why God revealed this to me, but when the Lord Jesus speaks through you, you must understand that there is a purpose.
The first instruction from their meeting says they should deal with the Holy Father Leo XIV, the current Holy Father.
These are heavy matters, but let us speak simply: their meeting decided they must deal with the Holy Father Leo XIV, who by origin is American but is in the Vatican. When the world says it will ‘deal with you,’ it does not mean putting you in prison. In simple terms, understand that they want to remove him.
Catholics, understand that I am a prophet. If you can protect your shepherd, then protect him. And if you can advise him to avoid the politics of the world, then do so, and let him do it quickly. This message is being delivered in Swahili, and I know there is someone who can find a way to pass it on to him.
If this message does not reach him, then you will hear news that will not be good. That group has already held a dangerous meeting, because they believe the Holy Father Leo XIV has become an obstacle to them and that he has been giving instructions to his bishops in different nations to block their oppressive agenda.
They have also ordered that harm be done even to bishops who stand with the position of the Holy Father Leo XIV.
I know that in some dioceses of the Catholic Church there is spiritual revival and in others there is not. This also exists in the Catholic Church. Some bishops take certain matters with the same stance as the Holy Father; that is the case with what I am speaking about.
Some bishops, if they want to protect their lives here on earth, should leave the politics of the world. These are global matters.
The order also instructed that various spokespersons who support the position of the Holy Father Leo XIV should be dealt with as well.
I know that here in Tanzania there is one spokesperson who lives in the United States who usually wears a particular type of wig, and he/she too has been included on that list.
Personally, I do not know what instruction the Holy Father Leo XIV has issued, though I know that leaders of the Catholic Church will understand this matter better.
You know, national politics is much easier. If you fight with people, they open a case against you and you struggle with it for four or five years before you are jailed. But in global politics, they do not have that kind of time.
Preaching the Gospel to the nations has a very high cost. If you are blessed to preach your Gospel locally, stay there. But national and global Gospel missions carry a very heavy price.”
Pastor Steven Jacob is among the spiritual leaders in Tanzania who actively use social media to share sermons and various political predictions, which are followed by many Tanzanians.
